There is a one car carport. In the shed there is a washer and dryer for your convenience. Kitchen appliances include a range and refrigerator. One pet only, and there are breed restrictions for dogs. The non-refundable pet fee is $250.00. Our application fee is $50 per adult, and we do check your credit, criminal, and rental history.
